Ten days in Cologne, training under UEFA-licensed coaches and playing in front of the professional scouts and recruiters who decide who gets signed.
Selected players travel to Cologne for ten days. The days are built around high-intensity training at professional facilities, competitive match play, physical testing and full video capture — all of it watched in person by academy scouts, college coaches and professional recruiters.
Cologne was chosen deliberately. The city sits inside one of the densest professional scouting corridors in Europe, and our partner network holds standing relationships with clubs across the German league pyramid. Ten days is short. But they are ten days in front of the people who sign players, and on the strength of that performance a player can be offered a place in a club's international talent programme, a route into US college soccer, or a professional trial.
What those ten days actually consist of. This is the partner network's programme in Germany — separate from, and after, our own five-day bootcamp in Cameroon.

Trial and placement pathways run in cooperation with established European sport management agencies.
Every player selected for Cologne takes German classes before travelling, and reaches at least A1–A2 level before the flight. That is enough to follow coaches on the pitch and to get by off it.
Coaching in Cologne happens in German. A player who understands the instructions, the drills and the feedback gets more out of ten days, and makes a better impression on the people watching.
We are arranging the classes with the German cultural centre in Cameroon. It teaches in both Yaoundé and Douala, so players can study close to home.
At least A1–A2 on the Common European Framework before departure: everyday conversation, football vocabulary and the basics of daily life in Germany.

Every cost is published here before you start. Nothing reaches a partner until a player has been seen in person at our bootcamp.
Submit the intake form with your highlights and pay the application fee. Your file is not submitted until the fee clears — that is what buys a scout's full attention, and why every submission gets a proper review and a written verdict rather than a glance.
10,000 FCFAA scout reviews your footage within five business days and comes back to you either way. Shortlisted players are invited to the bootcamp.
IncludedSelected players pay one registration and bootcamp fee. It confirms your place in the intake and covers the whole five-day bootcamp: hotel, feeding, your kit (shirt and shorts), and the coaching and scouting staff.
150,000 FCFAFive days of assessment, training and match play. There is nothing more to pay at this stage — your hotel, meals and kit are covered by the registration and bootcamp fee.
IncludedAfter the bootcamp we select 10 to 15 profiles and submit those dossiers to our European and US partners for their final decision. Every selected player then gets our visa assistance: the file, the embassy appointment and interview preparation.
IncludedA final fee covers documentation and travel arrangements. Our partners do not cover hosting or feeding, so these costs are settled upfront — that is deliberate, and it is how we avoid a player arriving abroad with an unpaid bill waiting for them.
Our in-house editor can build you a professional reel from everything we hold: the video you submitted, any other footage or material you send us, and — if you reach it — clips from your bootcamp. The result replaces your original reel in the dossier partners see. Entirely optional: the choice is yours, and a self-filmed reel is never held against you.
Every fee is stated before you commit to the stage that charges it, and you will never be asked for money at a stage you have not reached. All payments are made by MTN Mobile Money or Orange Money through our payment gateway — we never ask for cash.
Applications are reviewed continuously. The application fee is 10,000 FCFA, and every fee that follows is published in full above.
