Official Scouting Partner · Verified European & US Network
We identify exceptional talent across Cameroon and Central Africa, opening doors to professional academies and US university scholarships.
Official scouting partner of verified European club and US university networks
Every player we sign is placed on the pathway that fits their game and their grades — never the other way round.
A ten-day high-performance training and scouting programme with our European partner network in Cologne, Germany. Players train under UEFA-licensed coaches at professional facilities and are assessed in person by academy scouts and professional recruiters.
Placement with a US university athletics programme on an athletic or academic scholarship. We handle the eligibility centre, transcript conversion, standardised testing and the coach outreach campaign end to end.
Every cost is published here before you start. Nothing reaches a partner until a player has been seen in person at our bootcamp.
Submit the intake form with your highlights and pay the application fee. Your file is not submitted until the fee clears — that is what buys a scout's full attention, and why every submission gets a proper review and a written verdict rather than a glance.
10,000 FCFAA scout reviews your footage within five business days and comes back to you either way. Shortlisted players are invited to the bootcamp.
IncludedSelected players pay one registration and bootcamp fee. It confirms your place in the intake and covers the whole five-day bootcamp: hotel, feeding, your kit (shirt and shorts), and the coaching and scouting staff.
150,000 FCFAFive days of assessment, training and match play. There is nothing more to pay at this stage — your hotel, meals and kit are covered by the registration and bootcamp fee.
IncludedAfter the bootcamp we select 10 to 15 profiles and submit those dossiers to our European and US partners for their final decision. Every selected player then gets our visa assistance: the file, the embassy appointment and interview preparation.
IncludedA final fee covers documentation and travel arrangements. Our partners do not cover hosting or feeding, so these costs are settled upfront — that is deliberate, and it is how we avoid a player arriving abroad with an unpaid bill waiting for them.
Our in-house editor can build you a professional reel from everything we hold: the video you submitted, any other footage or material you send us, and — if you reach it — clips from your bootcamp. The result replaces your original reel in the dossier partners see. Entirely optional: the choice is yours, and a self-filmed reel is never held against you.
Every fee is stated before you commit to the stage that charges it, and you will never be asked for money at a stage you have not reached. All payments are made by MTN Mobile Money or Orange Money through our payment gateway — we never ask for cash.
Recruitment out of Central Africa has a reputation problem. We built the agency that answers it.
We work through direct, contracted relationships with our European partner academies and US universities. No agents-of-agents, and no commission taken on a player's future contract.
Every player on the US pathway receives full academic counselling — transcript conversion, TOEFL preparation and eligibility filing are handled in-house.
Every fee is published on this site before you reach the stage that charges it. Families see each status change on their dossier as it happens and can reach the scout responsible for their file at any stage.
Every selected player gets visa assistance. We assemble the file with the partner's invitation letter, book the embassy appointment and prepare the player for the interview. Consular fees are paid directly to the embassy.
